Terms & Messaging Program

These terms describe subscriptions to xplo Tech Blog and Pythia startup announcements through the Mail Manager messaging service operated by Pythia Software LLC at mail.pythia.software and mail.grady.dev. You can choose publications and delivery channels separately. Text is optional; you can subscribe to available email or physical mail delivery without choosing Text.

Publication messages

The publication-text program covers xplo Tech Blog and Pythia startup announcements. If you select Text for either publication and provide the required consent, Pythia Software may send you recurring text notices that link to new content from that publication. The text generally contains a link, not the full post. Email and physical-mail options are available where offered.

Message frequency varies by publication and publishing activity. If you select more than one publication, you may receive texts for each one; we do not set a fixed monthly limit. Message and data rates may apply.

Verification codes

When you request phone signup, phone-ownership verification, or sign-in access, Twilio Verify may send a separate one-time security code to the number you provide. Requesting a code does not enroll you in publication texts. A phone number that has only been supplied or imported is not treated as verified or as consent to publication texts.

Preferences and stopping texts

You can manage publication and delivery choices through Mail Manager. Reply STOP to a publication text to stop publication texts. Replying START alone does not re-enroll you; return to Mail Manager to choose a subscription again. If you later request an access or verification code, that one-time message may still be sent.

Delivery and support

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may also depend on network availability and the contact information you provide. For customer care, subscription help, or policy questions, email info@pythia.software or use our contact page.

We may update these terms or the available publications and channels. The effective date above identifies the current version. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle subscription information.
